Ordered a jacket, no mention of being out of stock at the time of order. Had to chase them for an update, then nearly 2 weeks later to be told its no longer available and then further chasing for a refund. PayPal sorted it finally.
Goods sent put very quick shame parcel force are used as a courier paid for express delivery to the tune of £8.70 and they didn't deliver even tho the package was on the van for delivery

Product was as described, customer service was friendly and helpful (however a little busy), delivery was fast and allowed you to track it
Poor delivery and collection service, waited over three weeks for a parcel to be collected eventually I had to pay for the delivery and arrange it myself even though I phoned them numerous times
Boarder line FRAUD, AVOID like the plague, Placed an order 2 months ago, for an items that was marked as in stock! 3 weeks after placing the order recived an email in the spam folder informing me that the item will be in stock in the next week. Over the last 4 weeks recieved the same automated response. I can understand the situation, Maybe if you have nothing to put in a box perhaps as a company there is time to learn customer service and give your customers some respect as they have parted with good money.
A good selection of products and very prompt delivery.
As of today 14 December, the package has not yet been received, so really cant comment on the product
